If for any reason you change your mind, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of everything — from arranging the return to coordinating with the watchmaker. You won’t need to chase multiple brands or manage separate processes; we handle it all on your behalf.

Each watchmaker also provides their own manufacturer’s warranty, covering craftsmanship and movement performance. Because every piece is built and tested by its original maker, coverage details can vary slightly between brands.
